Create property field options
POST/api/v4/properties/groups/:group_name/:object_type/fields/:field_id/options
Add options to a property field. Either every option in the request is created or none is. On a hierarchical (graph) field, an option's parents can name options the field already has or other options in the same request.
Minimum server version: 12.0

Requires permission to manage the field's options.

Property field options creation successful
An option is invalid, such as a name the field already has; the field's type has no options; it's a rank field, whose options are set through its attrs.options; it's linked to a graph template, whose options can only be changed on the template; or a graph field would hold more than 100,000 options.
